Mike McEntee – Director of Resourcing Solutions
Mike has spent more than 20 years’ in the recruitment sector specialising largely in project/programme management, business change and technology in his earlier career and focussing solely within Business Change & Customer Operations since 2016. His consultative approach, coupled with a genuine passion for service excellence has allowed him to build great relationships with Candidates and Clients across the industry and as a business leader he strives for same within the S&A team ensuring the best possible client and candidate experience.
Mike spends most of his spare time with his kids, picking up/dropping off here, there and everywhere, and trying his best to get them outside and off their games consoles! He also enjoys long dog walks in the countryside, learning to play the guitar, keeping fit by doing Boxing and Cross-country running, and then ruining it all by socialising and eating out whenever possible!
Ian Hardy – Resourcing Consultant
Ian has worked within the technology sector for more than 8 years now, largely focussed within the software development, IT infrastructure and digital marketing areas as a recruiter.
During this time he has grown and developed strong relationships with candidates and clients alike, whilst gaining knowledge of the industry which has enabled him to both understand requirements and deliver high quality candidates into organisations. He prides himself on going the extra mile to identify the right opportunities for candidates and provide them with a pathway to grow their careers.
Away from work you can find Ian attempting to play football or trying to break the four minute mile for running in 60 minutes. When not attempting sporting achievements he spends his weekend walking the worlds angriest Jack Russell Terrier.
Angus Reid – Resourcing Consultant
Angus has around 2 years’ experience recruiting Technology & Business Professionals largely within Digital Transformation and Technology, as well as Customer Contact and CX. In particular Angus possesses a strong network within the Data Engineering and Analytics space which has elevated his success in recruitment service delivery and building strong relationships within his specialised sectors.
As a member of the Resourcing Team, Angus is focussed on recruiting and pipelining at all levels and genuinely enjoys providing a consultative service to candidates as well as clients, and having a positive impact in peoples lives.
In his spare time Angus enjoys cooking and is an avid music enthusiast, spending most weekends (and weekdays where possible) going to gigs and music festivals.
Natasha Ashworth – Resourcing Consultant
Natasha moved into the world of recruitment following more than 8 years in the retail sector where she gained the transferable skills that have contributed to her success to date, such as; extensive customer service, communications, and working as a team towards a common goal. It was after she had taken her master’s in management in 2021 that she decided to make this move, as she felt the course gave her an added strategic insight into matching talent with opportunities allowing her to see the bigger picture and career opportunity available to her.
Outside of work, Natasha is an artist at heart, this spans from nail art through to baking. This creativity infuses her recruitment approach, as she continuously seeks innovative ways to work efficiently, connect with people, and build meaningful relationships… Going far outside of her comfort zone, she has recently taken on a house renovation, embracing personal growth and learning new skills every step of the way. Balancing out the hard work inside and outside of the office whenever she can do, you’ll often find Natasha socialising or hitting the gym, and occasionally enjoying a few or too many cocktails.
