S&A Group launches it’s latest business, S&A Resourcing Solutions (RS)
In Partnership with the S&A Transform Group, and the S&A Academy I am pleased to announce the launch of S&A Resourcing Solutions (“RS”), a specialist recruitment business which provides Permanent, Interim, and Project based Resourcing Solutions across; Technology & Digital, Science & Laboratory, and Business Change, Transformation and Operations.
Service Excellence is at the heart of what we do across The S&A Group, and within the new RS business, which is fully independent from our sister companies, we promise our candidates and clients the best possible experience at every level.

The S&A Group were a client of mine more than 10 years ago, and we worked closely together over a 3 year period to deliver talented project teams into some of the UK’s most prestigious brands until I moved into a different market in 2016.
Over the years Darren Coomer (S&A Founder) and I have spoken more than once about working together again. The stars seemed to align in Spring 2023 when I heard about how The S&A Group had launched The S&A Academy, a professional training and Ofsted regulated apprenticeship business for tech, business and laboratory careers.
It became clear that providing both a high end consulting business as well as a training business for junior professional careers also created a new opportunity to leverage both networks to build “Resourcing Solutions”. Establishing itself as a standalone entity, RS, will work in partnership with the other brands to add maximum value to existing and new clients. As of today, The S&A Group can offer a unique mix of high end consulting, professional training and apprenticeships and a dedicated recruitment capability across technology, business and science based industries.
Of course, I jumped at the chance to join RS as Director, and I am very proud to lead the talented resourcing teams as we officially begin our mission to build a genuine reputation for delivering high quality services. Whether we are enhancing the quality of candidates taking up apprentice roles with our Academy clients, sourcing experienced permanent hires for our consulting business or their direct clients, or working with brand new clients looking to leverage our capabilities directly for their own search or executive recruitment needs
